Have you ever just been apart of something you love doing? I’m starting to realize how much I love to workout by just dancing. When I say it’s so much fun to workout, lose weight, and dance all in one. Man that is amazing but that’s not even half, there’s 3 dance fitness instructors, on different days. I have been on a weight loss journey for about 5 months now, and I have been a member of “Pretty Girls Train” for 5 months also. When I say the energy and good vibes I get from these 3 Queen instructors is a breathe of fresh air. Wait, the different type of dancing we do is incredibly working well. We have a train pretty dance fitness head instructor, Zumba/train pretty dance fitness and pretty curvy cardio instructors. They all have they own methods in training pretty to hip hop and R&B genre of music. I have been a party of 21 Day Challenges and seen good results and transformations. The key to my weight loss journey is to keep pushing myself and get out of my mind I can’t do it. I love to dance, so I can train pretty with Chas, Dee, and KiKi. I encourage anyone who loves good vibes, good energy and good sweat check them ladies out in the Cleveland, Oh area.
